Processing Times

In-Stock Boutique Items

All ready-to-ship boutique items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, engraved, made-to-order, or personalized items are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of your order being placed.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during:

  • New launches

  • Sales events

  • Holidays

  • Vendor shows

  • High-volume order periods

Shipping Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Branded Reds is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping provider issues


Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available, you’ll receive a notification once your order is ready along with pickup instructions and available times.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, your package may ship together based on the longer processing timeline.
