Returns
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Free of smoke, odors, pet hair, and stains

With original tags attached (if applicable)

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the address for sending your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return request for the original item and place a new order for the desired item, based on current Branded Reds inventory availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
